There is a one-time nonrefundable community fee of $2000. This will hold your chosen apartment for a maximum of 28 days. -
Which living option is right for me: Independent Living or Assisted Living?
The right choice depends on the level of support you need with daily activities.
Independent Living is ideal for seniors who are active, self-sufficient, and looking for a maintenance-free lifestyle with opportunities for socialization and community engagement.
Assisted Living is designed for individuals who could benefit from help with activities such as medication management, bathing, dressing, mobility, or other daily tasks while still maintaining as much independence as possible.
Our team can help assess your needs, answer your questions, and guide you through the options to determine which lifestyle best supports your health, safety, and personal preferences. -
