Apartments are provided unfurnished. Residents are encouraged to bring personal furnishings and belongings to create a comfortable and familiar living environment—just like home.

Courtyard Estates is a senior living community designed exclusively for adults aged 55 and over, offering a vibrant and supportive environment tailored to promote comfort, independence, and connection.

Our pet policy is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the discretion of the Community Director.

While there is no smoking allowed in the building, we do have designated smoking areas on property.

Residents may accommodate overnight guests for a reasonable period, in accordance with established community policies. There is also a free guest room for resident friends and family members to reserve by calling the office.

We are a private pay community. We accept checks-which can automatically be withdrawn from your account. We also work with Long Term Care insurance plans as well as Veteran Benefits. Call to ask us how.
